Privacy Policy

NeatLedger is provided by Mark Bureau (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how the NeatLedger mobile application handles information.

Information stored by the app

NeatLedger lets you enter business details, customer contact and property information, cleaning-job details, checklist progress, service notes, and before-and-after photos. This information is stored locally in the app’s container on your device. We do not operate a NeatLedger account or cloud-storage service and do not receive this information from the app.

Camera and photo library

NeatLedger requests camera or photo-library access only when you choose to add a proof photo. Selected photos are copied into the app’s local storage. You can change these permissions in iOS Settings.

Sharing

NeatLedger uses the operating system’s share sheet when you choose to share a completion report. The app or person you select may receive the report information under that recipient’s own privacy practices. NeatLedger does not share reports automatically.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The current version contains no advertising, analytics, cross-app tracking, or developer-operated telemetry service.

Job reminders

If you turn on job reminders, NeatLedger schedules them locally on your device using the job date, time, customer, service, and property stored in the app. This information is not sent to a NeatLedger notification server. You can turn reminders off inside NeatLedger or change notification permission in iOS Settings.

Retention and deletion

Information remains in the app until you delete an individual photo, job, or customer; use Settings → Erase all data; or uninstall the app. Device and cloud backups are controlled by your operating-system and account settings.

Children

NeatLedger is a business productivity app and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
